These are the steps that you need to do:
1. Sign up for a payment processor.
Of course! How will you get your money if you don't have an account, right? Most "Get paid to" sites use PayPal, E-gold and Alertpay as their payment processor. If possible, create an account for all these processors because you might sign up for some GPT/PTC sites that only pay via Alertpay and some only via Paypal. Get verified as well to avoid issues in the future.
2. Know the SCAM Sites and the Honest Sites
Usually, scam sites offer a high-payout rate like $500, $10000 or $1 per click or above which is very unbelievable. So take time to research or you can always visit this blog, I'll be posting all honest sites I know. You can also go to GPTboycott which features sites that are scams and soon to be scam
3. Sign Up, be Active and be Honest.
Once you found an honest site, sign up right away (but make sure you read, understand and agree the Terms of Service of the site), be active and be an honest member. You don't wanna be cheated right? So DON'T CHEAT. Cheating means using proxy servers, signing up w/ multiple accounts in one site or using a false identity, using click bots and etc... (you know what I mean). Those sites got their way of detecting cheaters. If you get caught, you'll be banned and all of your earnings will be forfeited, everything will be wasted .
It feels good to earn money in an honest way. Trust me :)
